Description: Untitled Document Vintage Whitehall Styled By Dorfman Men's Morfelt Black Wool Derby Bowler Hat This vintage Whitehall Styled By Dorfman men's Morfelt black wool derby bowler hat dates from the late 1940s. It is made of a black felt wool fabric from the Morfelt Co., with a black silk grosgrain ribbed ribbon hatband side bow trim. This dashing dapper derby English style gentleman's bowler hat has a stiff rounded crown, a rolled upturned brim trimmed in a black silk grosgrain edging, is fully lined in a white silk satin fabric with the "Morfelt" coat of arms and "Whitehall Styled By Dorfman" embossed label inside the sweatband. The hat appears to be a small size measuring 5 1/2 inches tall, 1 1/2 inches wide across the brim, 21 1/2 inches inside crown circumference and has no size tag. This quality made mens bowler hat is in good condition, with only some minor wear with a few small dents, dust and has been gently worn. It is truly a wonderful piece of wearable millinery art!
