Description: This little beauty is a vintage wicker handbag that I added a fabulous windowpane scene to. The bag features a hot pink mermaid holding a pearl surrounded by seashells, aquatic plants, and tiny coral like flowers against an iridescent netting background. The underwater scene is set behind clear vinyl and framed by gold rickrack. All done by hand, incorporating vintage trims and artificial flowers. Plastic coated white wicker with chunky white lucite frame, latch and handle. Stands on four gold feet. White vinyl interior with zippered pocket. Label: Restyled by Madvintage/ bag originally made in Hong Kong by Lesco Lona 6 1/2" H x 8 1/2" across x 3 1/4" W ; Handle drop 3 3/4" Inches Condition: Bag has markings along the upper corners of the back of the bag and age yellowing along the edges of front and back.
