Hand painted with blue floral motif in folk style. Elegant modernist shape, from late 1960's or 1970's. The wall hanging voltive holder is in good vintage condition, with 2 tiny chips on the back bottom edges are barely visible. You have to look really close!! There are no cracks or crazing.
