Based on these measurements, I am approximating this as a modern size medium, please compare my measurements to your favorite shirt as sizing ran very differently in the 1950s! This is a thicker wool and could be worn as a jacket. This shirt has many tiny holes and areas where holes started but didn't so all the way through.
