We ship in house USPS or UPS, items not small enough for USPS priority boxes are shipped in new strong corrugated boxes with new shipping materials to insure safe shipping. Larger size boxes are shipped UPS, if you wish to have them shipped USPS there will be a considerable up-charge. We have never had a negative feedback and intend to keep it that way, so we strive to describe items accurately, and supply plenty of photos. If you intend to pickup your item in person, Items can be picked up at our brick and mortar store in Cambridge, WI, and we expect prompt pickup by appointment within 5 days.
