The fan has not been cleaned so the buyer has the choice off keeping it in the used Condition or clean. Fan has normal wear and is dusty from not cleaning. Looks like the fan would clean up well if the buyer desires too. The older steel fans have always been my choice of fan when needing one. They don't make fans like they used too.
