Description: Brand new stickers made for the 40th anniversary of BattleTech and were first shown at GenCon 2024. Features a MadCat, Virtual World logo, and pays homage to the original BattleTech Center logo. I produced these stickers to be a part of our convention appearances in 2024 do not only commemorate our part of BattleTech history, but also an opportunity to sell something commemorative and interesting to raise money for our BattleTech VR cockpit restoration and maintenance I have owned virtual world since 2005, and have operated BattleTech VR cockpits since 1999. In the past 25 years I have continued to operate the cockpits on a regular basis at zero cost so that everyone can get a chance to play in them regardless of financial situation. Obviously to achieve this, we have needed to get creative on how we fund our operation for parts, upkeep, and clean storage. We do that via convention appearances, patreon, miscellaneous merchandise sales, pod, bay private reservations, and anonymous fundraising through open pod nights and other special events. It is a labor of love, and I’m happy to continue doing this as long as I am able and people care. And to be clear, it’s a hobby, I have another day job.
