It will require buying or renting a hog-ring tool and a few (Less than 12) hog-rings to open the seat for repairing the lumbar. This is a basic job BE AWARE THAT THE 1996 On 960 seats usually have a backrest mounted air bag. It would be best to refer the job on those models to your tech.
