The screws that come with the Vortex Venom are too long for the XDM adapter plate. These screws are absolutely PERFECT. You will get: (2) T15 TORX correct length mounting screws for Optic (3) T10 TORX screws for Adapter Plate PLEASE READ: There are other similar screws being sold here on ebay and other sites, that are not what they appear to be. The head of those screws are very small. I did purchase some of them, and even though they do work, I was just not comfortable with selling them. Look at the last picture and you will see.
