It is a lovely confection of blue nylon chiffon over an underslip of blue nylon. The underlayer of nylon has lace and ribbon at the neckline. Short puffy sleeves trimmed in a ruffle of lace. Ruffle at the hem. Pin-up, Cottagecore, Coquette, Retro, Hollywood Made 100% nylon. It's a vintage size Small according to the tag. See measurements for more information. Measurements are usually taken while garment is laid flat on surface.............then measurements for chest, waist and hips are doubled. That is the GARMENT measurement...not your measurement. Shoulders 17" Chest around at armpit 38" Waist 42" Length from shoulder to hem 34" Hips 46" Sleeves from shoulder to cuff 6" ~ Excellent Vintage Condition ~ No issues other than than a missing belt.
