Description: Vintage 1940's - very early 50's era display reference book from Birge's wallpaper. Birge's closed in 1959. This book is *HUGE* - it's almost 2 feet long and quite weighty. It has MANY MANY pages. Too many to count. Most pages have additional paper inserts inside with the style name and extra information. The photos are just a small sampling of the prints inside this book. Condition: some pages are cut in half Some corners are cut/missing Some corners are starting to crumble Has stains on the outer cover. Book is overall musty smelling and could benefit from airing out. A fantastic reference book for your collection. Originally found at a farm house in Central PA.
