Description: Vintage Depose Model E oyster / clam shucking knife that has a guard and a wood handle that has 2 brass rivets. The stainless-steel blade is 2" long and overall, it is 6-3/4". The oyster / clam shucking knife is in good condition with some light scratches and a few age-related specks of tarnish on the blade. The label on the blade reads "MODEL E DEPOSE JECINOX MADE IN FRANCE" and can be read in a strong light. A similar label from an identical knife is shown in the last picture as a reference.
