Description: Vintage octagonal 2 sided biscuit cookie tin container filled with buttons. Two adorable images of Victorian children Miss Willoughby by artist George Romney and Master Simpson with dog by artist A.W. Davis appear on top and bottom of tin. Tin is of a heavy gauge metal. Not sure of age of tin but it's vintage and original. No makers mark. Measures 12.25" x 12.25" x 4" tall. Have had this tin for years tucked away. It's in good condition but has some metal wear mostly on edges from age use and storage. The images are lovely and still look great. Contains1 lb 12 oz of buttons in a variety of different shapes sizes and colors. Great for sewing or crafts. Several thimbles are also included.
