They are a Junior's size *9* and are made of 98% Cotton & 2% Spandex with a good amount of stretch. The measurements laying flat (doubled) and Unstretched are as follows: Waist~32", Hips~36", Rise~7", & Inseam~31" (leg opening is about 7" from side to side fully zipped).
