Walker Evans High Volume Nitrogen Reservoir End Cap SRS Endcap

Description: These are High Volume Nitrogen Reservoir end caps, from Schmidty Racing Suspensions to replace the OEM needle-style fill end-caps caps found on Walker Evans shocks on UTVS, and ATV's such as Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, Can AM, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, John Deere, Etc. Ditch the the OEM needle rubber nitrogen fill port style end-caps that are found on Walker Evans UTV shocks, which are unreliable ,& are prone to leaking out the shock nitrogen rendering the shock useless. Our Schmidty Racing Suspension caps have an actual schrader valve installed in them, and are recessed into a pocket to protect them from trail damage! And also INCREASE the nitrogen capacity of the reservoir for better shock performance and longer service intervals!. This enables them to be serviced and recharged using a standard No-loss chuck. Our caps DO NOT require a schrader valve extension to be used like of the other vendors.. These reservoir caps are made from billet 6061 billet Aluminum, and are Black anodized, and then engraved with our SRS logo , and they also have an o-ring based "schrader valve cap" which threads onto the schrader valve, and seals the schrader valve into the "recessed" pocket. This fully protects it from dirt, debris, mud, sand, etc!! Our SRS replacement end-caps also come with a new o-ring for re-installing the replacement end-cap back into the shock reservoir; as well as a set of instructions on how to install them!! NOTE: There are Different Generation caps (Gen-1 & Gen-2) , as well as 2 different sizes of the Walker Evans Gen-2 . So please be sure to read the description below, as well as directions on how to measure your reservoir to make sure you get the correct size and generation cap. Gen-1 reservoir end-caps are available in 2.0" only. Gen-2 reservoir end-caps are available in either 2.0" or 2.5"***************To determine whether you have 2.0" or 2.5" reservoir endcaps size, you simply measure the O.D. of the reservoir. On all of the variations, look at the pictures in the description, which shows the OEM caps up in front of the new SRS ones which will replace it. You will not receive any old caps, they are just shown for Illustration.Price is per/ reservoir cap. If you need more than (1) reservoir end-cap, set the quantity to the # of caps you need. For example : If you need (4) reservoir caps, then set the quantity on the tab to "4" before checkout. Gen 1- 2.0" Style High Volume End Caps with Snap RingThese caps will fit Walker Evans 2.0 Shocks that feature the pin pliers style snap ring. The new snap ring included is required if your model has these in order for our cap to fit. These caps protect your schrader valve from damage, plus increase nitrogen capacity on the smaller 2.0" Shock body.Gen 2- 2.0" Style High Volume End Caps without Snap RingThese caps will fit models that came with standard round wire style snap ring as shown in the pictures above. Typical on Pro XP front shocks and General XP front shocks. These are a great addition to get rid of the low quality needle fill style cap design plus increase nitrogen capacity.Gen 2- 2.5" Style High Volume End Caps These caps will fit models that came with standard round wire style snap ring as shown in the pictures above. They will not fit the early 2.5" style Walker Evans reservoir types with the pin style snap ring. Typical on Pro XP rear shocks, Turbo S Front/Rear shocks, and General XP front shocks. These are a great addition to get rid of the low quality needle fill style cap design plus increase nitrogen capacity. If purchasing for Pro R or Turbo R model vehicles include in the order notes that it is for these specific models as we have redesigned the length to fit these specific vehicles for front a-arm clearance.
