Description: Walt Disney Toby Tortoise from The Tortoise & The Hare Silly Symphony cardboard cutout wall hanging. I am unsure of exactly when this was manufactured. The original appearance of Toby was in the 1930's- but he did make a cameo in 1988 in Who Framed Roger Rabbit. There are no year or maker markings on the cutout. Toby is 4" tall x 2" wide. He shows some wear from age and storage. Please take a look at all the pics and zoom in for the best idea of his condition. From a smoke free but pet friendly home.
