Description: Walt Glass Pottery Lidded Dish Signed 1987. One of a kind. 9.75 inches inside diameter. 3.75” height without lid 6.25” height with lid 10” width Stoneware No chips, cracks or repairs. Appears never used. This is an early Walt Glass piece made while in his 40’s. Glass and his wife founded and ran he Village Gallery in La Villita, Texas for 42 years. After Glass died in 2016, family struggled to keep the gallery open, but it finally closed it for good in 2017.
