The record is in excellent condition and sleeve is in very good condition but is split at the top and the back about half. I WAS THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OF THIS ALBUM IN THE EARLY 1970'S AND IT HAS BEEN IN STORAGE FOR THE LAST 40 PLUS YEARS. THE SLEEVES HAS SOME MINOR PROBLEMS BUT THE RECORD IS IN PERFECT CONDITION.
