Description: One of the more hyped trades in existence, Watchmen is quite a bit of a read. The interior art is reminiscent of the Jack Kirby style as is the coloring. This copy has never been read and has been more of an item stocked due to the reverence given to it. From what I remember of my sample copy it was a fairly straightforward murder mystery that spiraled into much larger things. There is a certain amount of political pondering and the typical pattern of megalomania so common in comics since, but this book did it when it hadn't quite become so stale yet. Good for those who might want a look into the history of such comics and in particular, one of Alan Moore's supposed best works. This oversized cat spanker will travel via media mail since it contains no advertisements. Please note there is a small bit of damage to the front cover. Think of this book as having fallen out of a very high window and hitting a small pebble when it landed flat on the ground. It looks like there is donut jelly on the front but that is part of the cover (ha-ha). I combine shipping for multiple tomes that will break your back as you lug them from counter to counter in short boxes. Just ask for a combined invoice and I will quote the lowest shipping possible. Books come from a smoke and pet free household business that I'm sure Batman, I mean, NITE OWL would enjoy skulking about in.
