TaperTip emitters are designed for use with Waters NanoSpray electrospray ion source for use on Xevo and Synapt series mass spectrometers. Each package contains 5 tips precision cut to the 2.5" length needed for the Waters NanoSpray ion source. Tips are of 360um fused silica material with a 20um ID. These are Tapered tips, machined to a point without reducing the inner diameter, preferred to eliminate clogging of the tip (versus a pulled tip). Tips may also be used with any custom or other vendor nano electrospray source that can accommodate the 2.5" length.
