For graded cards under $100, graded cards are shipped in a bubble mailer.For graded cards over $100 and under $200, graded cards are shipped in a bubble mailer inside another bubble mailer.For graded cards over $200, graded cards are shipped in a cardboard box with bubble wrap. Tracking says it was delivered, but I never received the card. Where is my card? For ebay standard envelope, the tracking might say the card arrived when it has not.Please wait a couple business days after the tracking said it was delivered before messaging me.
