Description: Welcome to Oklahoma - State Highway Border Sign Vintage Postcard The flag of Oklahoma consists of a traditional Osage buffalo-skin shield with seven eagle feathers above the word Oklahoma in white on a Choctaw sky blue field. The buffalo shield is covered by two symbols of peace: the Plains-style ceremonial pipe representing Native Americans, and the olive branch representing European Americans. Six golden brown crosses, Native American symbols for stars, are spaced on the shield. H. S. Crocker Co., Inc. 1856- San Francisco, CA: An early lithographer that made many different types of printed products. They produced a number of view-cards of the San Francisco area. Crocker became the first company to use offset lithography in the printing of photochromes under the trade name Mirro-Krome. They are now known as Lawson Mardon Post Card with a separate printing division called Mirro Koat Products. Please review the photos carefully for condition and detail. Normal wear associated with an old postcard have creases, corner bumps, scratches, ink on the front etc.
