Description: Western Boulder Colorado Western L39 Fixed Blade Knife w/leather sheath. Measures 9" with a 5" carbon steel, clip point, mirror blade. The tang is stamped, Western USA with no date stamp. It is made in Boulder Colorado between 1961-76. It has a leather handle, brass guard, and aluminum pommel. Knife is tight, sharp, and has a fine pointy tip. The blade has minor scratches from use and a small area of patina that could be cleaned. The leather handle is in good shape. The sheath is ornate and stamped with the former owner's initials. The bottom of the leather sheath is fraying. See pics. Please ask questions about the items prior to winning the bid.
