Total length is 25" for babies 12-1/2 to 16 pounds in weight. Weighs 8 ounces unpackaged. The dress is preowned and has been worn. It has been stored in plastic covering garment bag. There is some discoloring (from the hanger) on the shoulder and bodice (see pictures); hopefully, dry cleaning will remove this. The long ribbon in the front has come untied. There are no rips or tears.
