Description: Hardcover. The book is in excellent condition. The dust jacket and cover look almost new, with no apparent defects. The half-title has what appears to be the author’s signature, although its authenticity has not been verified (see the photo). There is a somewhat unusual vertical line near the gutter of the page that faces the title page and only at this point of the book. The binding is tight. The pages are extremely clean and crisp, with sharp edges and corners. The majority of the pages, however, have very shallow vertical ripples, which could possibly indicate slight exposure to moisture, but the result is very minor. They do not in any way interfere with the legibility, and they are mentioned for thoroughness. The book contains no writing, notes, underlining, folding, tears, or highlighting.
