Description: Vintage Wilton Armetale Boston Square Serving Bowl made in Mt. Joy, PA. The bowl measures 9 1/4" square and is 2 3/4" high. It is made of Armetale a recycled aluminum alloy mixed with 10 other metals that is FDA approved for food use. This version of the bowl has a high shine polish inside and out. This versatile metal is chip proof, dent proof and can be used in a regular oven and broiler as well as to refrigerate food in. The metal keeps food hot longer or cold longer and is nearly indestructible under normal use. The bowl is impressed on the bottom with the Wilton name, location of factory and RWP (Real Wilton Product) to authenticate it is a real Wilton product. There are some spots inside bottom and some minor surface scratches from prior use.
