Window Shades for Honda Element Complete Camping Set (No Windshield)

Description: Fits all Element models. (This set includes all windows, but does not include a Windshield cover.) No returns. Windshield: I do not produce the cover for the windshield, as there are foldable products already out there. Do an Ebay search for the seller from Walnut, CA. Those work well for my Element.The kit is all ready to go, measured and cut to fit all Honda Elements, saving Element owners time and money. It significantly upgrades the camping experience by upping the privacy in the lightest, easiest manner. These are designed for privacy while camping. They are good for helping keep you cooler in the summer but will not keep you warmer in winter. Do not buy these for warm insulation purposes! The R-value is probably 1, right against the glass. But they are great for privacy and summer shade.How do they stay in place? The material is slightly rigid, so you can just run your finger around the edges, tucking it into the window trim pieces. No, we don't need Velcro or hooks of any kind. These are hand-cut to fit fairly well if you place the curved side towards the glass.This kit is 8 pieces: 1 moonroof, and every vertical window behind the driver, 2 front side windows, 2 suicide, 2 back, and 1 tailgate. This DOES NOT include a windshield cover. I do not do those because there are other ones on eBay or Walmart that fold well and are compact. Do not drive with these in place! These are for camping only. The back tailgate window tucks under the brake light in back and tucks in on the sides. I tuck mine under the plastic at the bottom for a cleaner look, but that may take some forcing on your part. (I've removed my plastic before so it is more flexible) Moonroof cover: This is included in the Complete Camping Set. You can also buy this separately in one of my other listings. It is probably the most helpful piece even when not camping because of the heat reflection characteristics. It can really help keep the vehicle cooler in hotter conditions. Suicide door covers are meant to be clamped in place. Others are just tucked in.I’ve been camping many many times and the system works very well.
