This calendar comes with its original protective envelope. There is minimal-no wear on this calendar. The only blemish is on the binding on the top. There is a tear and it doesn't lay flat. There are three tears on the cardboard envelope. Two tears are on the flap and one extends to the front of the envelope. There is a 3rd tear on the front of the envelope. The structural integrity of the envelope is intact and protects the calendar. Please review the pictures.
