This is a custom made shirt. I haven't been able to determine which show it was from. There is a tag that states it was for #4, which means the actor who was 4th on the billing. Button front and button cuffs. Collared. Flat felled seams. Purple jacquard fabric (no fabric label, so not positive if it is silk or poly). There is a label inside the button placket that says SW Carlson New York. No size marked.
