WOW! Antique Vintage Crystal Glass Beaded Dome French Czech Sconces Chandelier

Description: ===== ABSOLUTELY STUNNING !! ===== This is a RARE, UNUSUAL and AMAZING PAIR of ANTIQUE OR VINTAGE Glass or CRYSTAL BEADED SCONCES in a European or French style. The faceted beads are likely Czech? The beading is incredible. These are antique or vintage and very hard to come by, even in a single, let alone a matched pair. Offering convenient BUY IT NOW option so you don't have to wait for an auction to end and possibly miss out on this RARE PAIR in the final seconds! They are a matched pair, each featuring an oval shape, bronze or brass (?) gold patina metal colored base. The domed "baskets" of prisms have "tops" that mount and are removable to place/replace single (USA) light-bulb and are held securely in place by a tiny metal piece and a 'cut-out' are athat fits into the 'top' and then they set on the fixture. The domed crystal beaded baskets have graduated beads and there is an amazing center "flower" in a contrasting color of amber, which sets it all off. There is also a metal 'curly-Q' loop on each side of the fixtures that you could hang additional prisms on each side, or even string a swag of beads across the fixture should you desire additional 'bling"! The tops have a round little metal ball to add interest, but also to give you a 'grip' when removing/replacing the crystal beaded tops. The bottom of each has the most wonderful INCREDIBLE chunky faceted crystal finial!! (I didnt notice any chips, but there could be a flea-bite somewhere due to age). The details one these are incredible, so be sure to ZOOM to appreciate the fine workmanship that went into these so many years ago! I wish I could have added so many more photos as the pictures simply just don't do them proper justice. Much more elegant in person! YOU WILL LOVE THEM! The exposed center metal mounting "frames" are etched all around on exterior in such a lovely manner! There is so much beauty going on with these, I wish I could have added twice as many photos, but we tried to give you a good overall perspective. Wonderful for your romantic, Paris Apt style, French or Shabby Chic decor.....so many ways to use them! Some even simply use the amazing beaded "baskets" for display (as I did, on either side of my vanity, never bothered to wire them up they were to eye-catching even without!) but it's simply fabulous that these indeed work! (You may need some wall mounting hardware of some sort? Im not sure, as I simply hung them from hooks from existing holes on backside and didnt wire them up). ======== GORGEOUS! BEAUTIFUL!! FABULOUS! ===== YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!These photos do not do them justice, they are even more SPECTACULAR in person! There is some natural patina darkening & unevenness, some 'scratches"? to the (bronze or brass?) metal from time. They could have some slight dust, you may wish to 'brighten up' so they sparkle even more. There could be some =slight= discoloration to a few of the beads somewhere, but I didn't notice any. Each sconce measures approx 8.5" Tall x 8" Wide at farthest points and dome on frame of fixture extends out approx 5" Deep from wall. In wonderful working condition, but we always recommend vintage lighting to be professionally inspected by electrician for safety. I had only one electrical hook-up available, so the photos show that each of the sconces (left and right) works and light up fine, but I had to photo them separately as such. Comes from Smoke-free home. Could make a wonderful GIFT for a loved one, friend, or perhaps treat yourself! Some photos taken with and without flash.
