Description: Original WW2 US M-1936 suspenders. The M-1936s were worn by GIs to support pistol and B.A.R./M1 Garand ammo belts, as well as the M-1936 haversack, which attaches by the front “D” rings. This example was purchased in the early 1990s and appears to be in unissued condition with crisp khaki color and shiny hardware. One of the straps is marked U.S. HINSON MFG. CO. 1942.
