WWII PAL USA RH-36 US Military Army ? Combat Fighting Knife & Leather Sheath WW2

Description: WWII PAL USA RH-36 US Military Army ? Combat Fighting Knife & Leather Sheath WW2 Knife Length: 11"Blade Length: 6 1/8"I think this blade was parkerized? It has a dark gray or graphite looking finish on it. You can see it well in the photo where the blade is stamped with the logo.Looks like blade is bent or leans slightly. You can see it more-so when looking at the knife with the blade facing you vs away from you. Blade edge could use some refining or resharpening. Blade looks a bit rough but when I ran my fingers along the sides of the blade, I did not feel any noticeable dents or real rough spots. Leather grip has one large nick in it and smaller nicks and scrapes on it - but the stacked leather feels firm and secure. On the black ring under where the logo is stamped you can see a piece missing. Red band also has a little damage near that same spot. The blade does not seem to move at all - but the guard does has some wiggle. Overall the knife and sheath have signs of use and wear. Sheath is in ok condition and snap works. Leather feels somewhat pliable. Looks like someone was testing their sharpening skills by putting a few slice marks on the sheath's edge. You can see that in one of the last photos. I don't know the history of this knife - but would not be surprised if it saw action considering the condition and patina. See photos for condition
