This confirmation letter that we email within 1 business days, is all you need for check-in purposes. Guest Certificate is NOT sent out in the UPS or USPS by mail. Once the name has been assigned, it cannot be changed without an additional fee of $100. Any name change request must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival date.
