Description: Cotton/Spandex Blend, can't read what percentages though. These have some general wear and fading including piling of the fabric, they are in good condition overall. The inner tag is worn and can't be read. These might have tiny holes in them from the hang tag. Due to the nature of the legging material, they often have holes from the plastic of the hang tag, the holes can't always be seen until they are worn. If I see the holes, I will point them out and take pictures. Waist: 9 3/4" un-stretched Rise: 7.5"Inseam: 24.5" The waist is measured laying flat from one side to the other, you will have to double the number to get the true waist measurement. The measurements are listed above, in order to ensure a good fit take a pair of pants that fits you well and compare the measurements listed. I have listed the size on the label, I don't make any assumptions regarding the item running small or large. Check out my other listings as I do combine shipping.
