Description: Yamaha RD350LC Transmission. Also known as 4L0. 1980-82. Limited 2 year available after the air cooled bikes but prior to the RZ350. Full set of transmission gears with end bearings and one thrust washer. In my opinion this transmission is in excellent shape especially given the 42 yrs of age. The dogs appear to be in very good shape with mostly just polish and no chips or obvious major rounding from abuse. Threads on the ends are in excellent shape. Bearings all turn smoothly. Overall the unit is clean and well stored still I removed it and kept as a spare I did not end up using. These were not junk parts ripped out to flip, this was my spare transmission until I sold my LC. Bear in mind what you see is what you get, if you wish for more pictures please reach out. This will NOT fit the RZ350. The gearshafts are different lengths. The gears themselves do appear similar and of the same ratios but i've not taken one apart to confirm dimensions. I do not know of any cross-fitment other than the RD350LC non-power valve liquid cooled motorcycle available in Canada and much of the world but not the USA in 80-82. You get what you see in the picture, 2 complete gearshafts, 2 small removable end bearings and a thrust washer. This is drop in ready with a seal and 2 half moon locaters (I can provide these locaters if requested). Not many of these around anymore given the limited availability and non-US original sales.
