Description: Custom dual oil line feed for the rockers and cam for these Big single cylinder thumpers. this kit will fit the SR500 / XT500 / TT500 AND HL500 listing comprises of: 2 x stainless steel inserts and with over sized copper washers. 2 x stainless steel an-4 / 8mm banjo fittings 2 x stainless braided AN-4 rubber hoses 2 x 90 degree forged AN-4 fittings ( anodised black) 2 x straight AN-4 fittings ( anodised black) 2 x AN-4 hose separators 1 x stainless steel M8 double banjo bolt. 3 x copper seals (for the M8 double banjo) 1 x M8 stainless steel blanking bolt and copper washer. The Main rocker cover inserts have been machined with a M14 x 1.25mm thread to suit the rocker cover casing and have a 18mm hex head. What makes these so unique, is the AN-4 thread machined in the other end, this allows the hose to screw directly on to the inserts to supply oil to both of the rockers and cam.This design does away with the banjo bolts and fittings you see on all the other kits available. The hoses are AN-4 stainless steel with a rubber core with hose fittings to suit an AN-4 thread both ends. The listing comes with 2 new hose separators, they have been designed and manufactured by myself after being thoroughly disappointed after purchasing a few online. They were awful !..so big and clumsy. I have tried a few more and nothing was suitable, so I had to make my own (see last photo for comparison). They are made from aircraft grade aluminium and anodised black.They come with a M3 stainless steel countersink screw. The stainless steel M8 double banjo bolt has been machined to suit the hoses and banjo fittings perfectly, to gain just enough clearance to double stack the hoses and is laser etched with the iconic Yamaha tuning fork symbol. The 3 copper seals have been machined to suit the Banjo bolt and banjo fittings. also included is a M8 stainless steel blanking bolt and copper washer to blank off the original oil intake, which has been laser etched also.
