The clarinet has minor scratches throughout from normal use and the lightly tarnished silver plated keys have minimal plating wear. Included is a gently used Yamaha wood shell double clarinet case(interior is intact with no strong odors, latches function as intended, handle is intact and the exterior has minor wear).
