This is a 1980s silver tone metal buckle with black enamel accents, with an iridescent hard resin, "2000" Millennium, Year Of The Dragon mount in the center. It is in pretty nice condition, as shown in the photos it doesn't have much for wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-1/2" x 2-3/8", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 3.5 oz.
