Description: Media mail is considered lowest priority by postal service. Delivery sometimes takes much longer than the estimate, especially during the holiday season. There is nothing I can do to speed up the process. I am offering the option of priority shipping, which is faster and more reliable, but unfortunately , more expensive. There is foxing inside back cover which has stained through the last few pages of index, pretty much disappeared at end of text pages. Abundantly illustrated.
