Description: You are buying this Yuletide - Dutch Colonial House - 1986. Very similar to Dept 56 Snow Village. It is in good used condition. Sorry, no original box. This is one of the original, hand painted pieces. There is a a couple of small nicks on the front base that have been covered up with marker of some sort. An elderly Dept 56 collector told me every Snow Village collector should have a good set of markers for touch up on these older pieces as they were hand painted. I’ll leave the touch up to you. Dept 56 #56.50431 , introduced in Dec 1986 and retired in Dec 1987. Original retail price was $32.00. Great addition to your collection.
